Scope of Supply:
1-Brand new engine and brushless AVR controlled alternator
2-Set mounted Smartgen Auto Controller
3-MCCB(Circuit Breaker), Emergency stop button, low oil pressure shutdown, high engine temperature shutdown.
4-Rubber Anti Vibration Mounts and skid basefram with 6-8hours integral fuel tank.
5-Genset equipped with battery charger and 24V high performance lead acid starting batteires and connecting with cables.
6-Genset equipped with industrial silencer and flexible exhaust hose.
7-Genset equipped with fan and closed circuit cooled radiator(40degree centigrade).
8-Genset with filtering systems including air filter, fuel filter & lub-oil filter.
9-Supply relative documents(testing report, diagram, operation/maintenance manual/spare parts manuals)for engine and alternator

A) three phase brushless generator, self-excited, 4-pole, single bearing
B) AVR self-regulated, voltage regulation rate ≤ ± 1%
C) IP23 protection grade
D) Class H insulation
E) Radio interference restraining accords with stipulation of VDE0875-N and ISO8528
F) Moistureproof, sand-proof, dustproof, salt-proof and vibration-proof
Control system:
1. Automatic cutter which is suitable for the generator power
2. Turn on key
3. A device to measure the generators speed
4. Counter for measuring the Operating hours
5. Device to measure the current overload with a switched current
6. A device to measure the battery voltage
7. Voltmeter with a voltage exchanger
8. A device to measure the frequency
9. Thermostat to regulate the voltage
10. A device to measure the oil pressure
11. Alerting lamps indicating low and high temperature
12. Controller of the current increase and short circuit
13. Emergency stop button
Warranty:
12 months or 1000 running hours from shipment date. If the quality problem arise during the warranty period, and verified the problem is caused by our genset-body instead of external or natural reasons. (Refer to all kinds of natural disaster, shipping, loading, unloading, wrong-operation, etc), we will supply the relevant spare parts free of charge for maintenance; After the warranty period, we can supply the required spare parts for you under cost prices

The goods are under warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months or 1000 hours ,whichever come first from the date of delivery to the end user except the damageable spare parts of genset caused by incorrect man-made operation, and that the aforementioned warranty for the same taken is back up by the engine and alternator suppliers.
